FREE CHOICE CSA AT OBERCREEK FARM
In 2026, we’re changing things up a little bit, but don’t worry, the options you’ve come to know and love aren’t going anywhere. This year, we’ll be keeping our small and medium size shares that give you access to all produce, fruit, and mushrooms in the store, and we’ll be adding a new share tier modeled after our winter share that will allow access to everything in the store.
The small size share is great for an individual who loves vegetables or wants to preserve the season, roommates, or a family of two. The small share costs $350, and will get you $380 to spend at the farm store on produce, fruit, and mushrooms.
The medium size share is great for two folks who love vegetables or are vegetarians, a family of three or more, a cooperative household, those who love throwing seasonal grill nights or dinner parties, or those who’d like to use their CSA to purchase vegetables or fruit in quantity to preserve the season. The medium share costs $700, and will get you $775 to spend at the farm store on produce, fruit, and mushrooms.
The *NEW* all access share is great for a local and regional food lover, or a family who wants to prioritize seasonal and local eating. Modeled after our winter share, this share costs $900, and will get you $975 to spend on anything and everything in the farm store; no limits! This share size includes not only produce, fruit, and mushrooms, but every single item in the farm store. From milk to meat, asparagus to zucchini, flour to flowers, this share covers everything in the store. The all access share is the only summer share that allows access to items other than produce, fruit, and mushrooms.
All share sizes allow you to choose from any produce, fruit, and mushrooms available at the farm stand — both from Obercreek and from other local farms. Don’t like zucchini? Leave it for those who do! Love chard? Grab three bunches this week! Want to stock up on tomatoes to put some by? Have at it!
All share sizes begin in June, and members are then free to visit the store any day it’s open — come once a week, twice a week, or every day! —to spend down the balance. For all-access shares, we recommend spending about $42/week, for medium shares we recommend spending about $30/week, and for small shares we recommend spending about $15/week; these amounts will make your share last about 24 weeks, as the share will close the week of Thanksgiving, however you are certainly able to spend more in any given week and use up your balance in a shorter time frame. We do ask all members to observe a roughly $75/week spending limit on your share, simply to help ensure we have enough for all, every week. If we have something in stock that you’re interested in buying in larger quantity for food preservation or other purposes, please feel more than welcome to be in touch directly and we can make sure we have enough for you and all our other members!
